SHORT TENDER NOTICE
(09-08-2008)
FIA requires to purchased
stationery items during the financial year 2008-09.The
interested parties may submit their sealed tenders/
samples on or before 30-8-2008 to FIA/HQ, G-9/4, Islamabad.
The list of items may be obtained from FIA HQ (Store
Branch) during office hours.
Conditions-
1. |
The
firm should be GST Registered. |
2. |
The
Tax/General Sale Tax levied by the Govt: will be
deducted at the time of payment of bill |

All
the items will be delivered at the place by the
supplier on his own expenditure; the items will
be supplied within 15 days in case of acceptance
of the tender. |
4. |
A
bank draft/pay order of any schedule bank at the
rate of 5 (refundable) of the total value of items
in favour of Director Admn, FIA HQ Islamabad and
the receipt be attached with the trender. |
5. |
The
competent authority can increase/decrease the items. |
6. |
Incomplete
and late submitted tenders will not be entertained.

7. |
Thetender
should reach in this office on 30-8-08 at 1030 a.m.
and will be opened at the same day at 11.00 a.m.
in the office of Director Admn, FIA HQ. Islamabad
in the presence of the bidders. |
8. |
The
FIA reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids/tenders at any time prior to acceptance
of bid/tender, as envisaged in public procurement
Rules, 2004. |
9. |
The
tender should be sealed, name of items should be
entered on envelope.The samples will be provided
separately and without sample the tender will not
be entertained. |
10. |
The
complete postal/present address/vender No. and the
bank account No. must be entered in the tender documents. |
